  • How can I begin the program? 1/ To access the courses:
    a. Be sure to have at least 3 months minimum of seniority.
    b. Make a request to your Director to access the online courses. He will give you a document called “training agreement” that you will both sign, in two copies.
    c. You will send a scan of this training agreement to your restaurant's director.
    d. Once your request is sent and handled by the administrator, you will receive an invitation by email to join the platform.
    e. Once you have accepted the invitation, click on “sign up” and fill in the registration form. Your ids and passwords will be sent to you by email once your registration is complete.
    For all questions concerning the invitation received, you can visit the help center of OpenClassrooms.

    2/ To start an online path for free, you can submit your online application on the website https://mcdonalds.openclassrooms.com/en/ to get a scholarship.
  • Who is eligible for a scholarship? On applications, employees with at least 1 year of seniority and who will have completed at least 2 courses when they submit their application. The managers, directors and administrators of the restaurants can also apply.
  • When do I have to submit my application? You can submit your application starting today and until end of December.
